If the gas is not discharged in time, the packaging container may bulge or even burst, posing potential safety hazards.

Microvent® Induction Liners are developed from plain aluminum foil seal liners,welding a piece of high-quality ePTFE film in the center of common aluminum foil seals,which becomes vent aluminum foil seal liner. It is high performance in waterproof, oil drainage, corrosion resistance, and has high air permeability, which makes it the best choice of breathable packaging. Aluminum foil seal liners are widely used in agriculture and industry,such as bottles for fertilizers, pesticides,disinfectants and additives etc.

How does our vent liner workes?

  • Gas passes through the microporous ePTFE membrane ,diffuses through the pulp layer and is directed to the cap threads.

  • Pulp induction liners do not require a hole in the cap and can be optimized to vent with minimal vapor loss.

  • the whole liner surface is breathable

  • cap thread venting (venting through hole in cap also possible)

Operation instruction:

  • Aluminum foil cap embedded within the gasket to make aluminum of leak, and then tighten the bottle.

  • By electromagnetic induction sealing machine local induction heating,so that between the adhesive foil and cardboard to lose viscosity,automatic,separation,while the aluminum foil and adhesive in to one bottle that the formation of reliable heat sealing.
